Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Support Specialist to provide high-level administrative support to our senior management team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to join our dynamic team at Roche.

About the Role

The primary responsibility of this role is to relieve executives of complex details and advanced administrative duties, allowing them to focus on key business objectives. This will involve providing analytical and specialized administrative support, executing special or continuous research and data analysis tasks, and preparing reports and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provides analytical and specialized administrative support to executive staff, relieving them of complex details and advanced administrative duties.
  • Executes special or continuous research and data analysis tasks, compiling and analyzing data to inform business decisions.
  • Analyses problems, determines approaches, and prepares reports and recommendations to support executive decision-making.
  • Coodinates activities between departments and outside parties, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Contacts company personnel at all organizational levels to gather information and prepare reports.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Over 2 years relevant administration experience in a multinational company (MNC).
  • Excellent skills in using Microsoft Office applications, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree in a relevant field.

Salary and Benefits
