Senior Compliance Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Compliance Account Manager to join our team at Amazon (Shanghai) International Trading Co., Ltd. [Shenzhen Branch].
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to Amazon Selling Partners, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of issues.
- Communicate effectively with Selling Partners, providing clear and concise information on Compliance requirements and Amazon programs.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, portraying the company in a positive light and effectively managing sensitive issues.
- Actively seek solutions to complex problems, using logical reasoning and data interpretation skills to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and implement improvement suggestions, targeting key areas for growth and adding value to Amazon Compliance programs and products.
- Manage multiple priorities, working independently with excellent time-management skills and prioritization.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and program goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and implement solutions.
- 5+ years of experience in customer engagement, project management, and/or operations.
- Proven track record of success in a customer service environment, with a desire to expand skills into new areas.
- Ability to think creatively, manage ambiguity, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Technical savvy, with proficiency in MS Office Applications and basic knowledge of SQL/VBA/Tableau.
- Excellent communication, composure, and professional attitude, with a strong sense of urgency for contact response time.
- Exemplary performance record, particularly with regard to quality and productivity.
- Proficient in both English and Chinese verbal and written communication.
- Strong data analytical skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Business acumen in areas of Global ecommerce and retail.
- Committed customer advocate, with a drive to improve processes and tools.
- Success in managing dynamic account portfolios and experience in strategy planning, consulting, or marketing.
- Data analysis experience, with proficiency in SQL/Python/R/Spark.
- Ability to dive into ambiguous cases and sort out solutions, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
