About the Role
Corteva Agriscience is seeking a Territory Marketing Manager to drive global product portfolio alignment and marketing capability development. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for strengthening our territory marketing capabilities and accelerating people leadership development.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive accountability on brand and product management in both venture and after-launch phases
- Align the organization with global product portfolio lines
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to strengthen territory marketing capabilities
- Accelerate people leadership development through training and mentorship programs
- Assign dedicated resources to monitor and manage key account development in China
- Assign crop managers for key crops in China
Requirements
- Strong thinking and planning skills
- Excellent communication and market/customer segmentation skills
- Ability to develop customer insights and concepts
- Portfolio and product positioning expertise
- Knowledge of new product development management best practices
- Product launch planning and execution best practices
- MC fundamental knowledge
