Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visitors greeting and registration
  • Answering and forwarding incoming calls
  • Office supply management
  • Name card and letterhead paper printing
  • Magazine and newspaper ordering and distribution
  • Express and mail delivery, record-keeping, and monthly expense apportionment
  • Fax dispatch and office facilities maintenance
  • Office badge management
  • Ticket and hotel booking as needed
  • Meeting room booking and meal arrangement as needed
  • Vendor payment and internal cost allocation
  • Assisting with office driver and housekeeping management

Requirements

  • College degree or above
  • Fluent English in both written and spoken communication
  • 1-2 years of relative experience in a foreign company, preferably in an MNC HQ

Preferred Skills

  • Fluent in using MS Office
  • Using EPR to place orders and receive goods

  • Service-oriented mindset and active working attitude
  • Teamwork spirit
