  • Spearhead commercial efforts for electronic components, focusing on passive components as a senior global category buyer.
  • Foster strategic relationships with suppliers, serving as the primary interface for commercial interactions.
  • Develop and implement supplier strategies across categories, driving component strategy and introducing new suppliers through close collaboration with quality and business divisions.
  • Lead annual price negotiations and frame contract discussions.
  • Provide support to Bosch worldwide plants for supplier quality, cost claims, and logistics escalations.
  • Collaborate with Bosch engineering, quality, and project purchasing teams for new project sourcing decisions.
  • Conduct market scouting, new supplier development, and enablement.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree
  • Over 5 years of working experience
  • Major in Engineering, Material Science, or Finance
  • Familiarity with the automotive industry and IATF16949 system, AEC-Q200
  • Intercultural competence
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to initiate and drive topics through various challenges
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Resilience and patience in coping with adverse working environments
  • Data analysis skills
  • Proficiency in EXCEL and PPT
  • Abroad working experience is a plus
