Job Opportunity

As a Technical Strategy Leader for a customer account, you will be responsible for leading the technical strategy for a key customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a technical strategy to meet the customer's needs.
  • Work closely with the customer to understand their requirements and provide solutions.
  • Lead a team of technical experts to deliver projects and meet customer expectations.
  • Monitor the customer account to ensure a competitive position.
  • Provide market insights to the customer based on a trustful relationship.

Requirements:

  • Technical background and cross-functional customer team knowledge.
  • At least 5 years of management experience from engineering, product management, or project management.
  • At least 3 years of experience in AUTOSAR Classic Platform. Knowledge of AUTOSAR Adaptive Platform is a plus.

Core Competences:

  • Large technical knowledge across ETAS product portfolio across all SFs.
  • Ability to evaluate a technical solution at vehicle level (system competence).
  • Deep knowledge about OE expectations/pain points.
  • Customer process know-how.
  • Project management processes (enabler for PjM sponsorship).

Communication:

  • Structured communication (internally and externally, at all management levels) tailored according to customer DNA.
  • Ability to convince SFs about the importance of scope and future impact.

Innovation:

  • One face to the customer to drive the innovation at OEM.
  • Get to know the target customer account's SDV strategy and investment plan.
  • Promote Bosch innovations at Customer and align roadmap implementation with the customer.

Technical Customer Interface & Project Management:

  • Foreseen sponsor of all customer projects once customer project management capacities are built up.
  • Know-how transfer and good practice sharing internally/externally.

Qualifications:

  • Technical background and cross-functional customer team knowledge.
  • At least 5 years management experience from engineering, product management, or project management.
