About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Senior Training and Development Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance call center performance and customer dialogue.



Job Responsibilities



  • Monitor call quality and execute call training through co-listening and coaching sessions
  • Establish new Service & Solution team processes, competences, incentives, and KPIs
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure high call quality and strong consumer dialogue
  • Evaluate and evolve the Triple E & Call Flow Model to establish a "Selling while Caring" mentality
  • Enhance trade excellence capabilities to optimize cooperation with trade partners
  • Roll out relevant training development programs for staff based on business needs
  • Independently organize training workshops and follow up with key talents
  • Closely work with field teams to ensure service standards, selling behavior, professional knowledge, and execution meet expectations
  • Keep training records and collect feedback from teams to measure training effectiveness
  • Complete all operational and logistical tasks, including training material preparation and coordination
  • Partner in designing and executing training programs and tools


Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Over 5 years of experience in training functions, preferably in related industries
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Service-minded, accountable, passionate, and self-motivated
  • Detailed and customer-oriented


Competencies and Skills


To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions. You should also be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.



Salary and Benefits


We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
