Senior Business Development Manager

The primary objective of this position is to increase sales of Ferrero products in the assigned territory through the development of qualitative and quantitative distribution strategies.
Main Responsibilities:- Business Management:
- Master the Ferrero sales call process for wholesalers and general stores;
- Ensure the achievement of sales targets related to assigned wholesalers and general stores;
- Develop the number of wholesalers to meet Ferrero standards;
- Ensure the achievement of active store targets related to assigned wholesalers and general stores;
- Deliver company strategies and product information to assigned wholesalers and general stores;
- Negotiate with wholesalers and general stores according to company guidelines;
- Manage warehouse stock and stock counting for wholesalers and general stores;
- Implement Ferrero guidelines to achieve sales targets, distribution, shelf display, and freshness;
- Build and maintain constructive relationships with wholesalers and general stores;
- Solve problems with wholesalers and general stores.
- College degree or above, familiar with MS Office;
- Must have experience in wholesaler management and DSR management;
- Familiar with local market mini stores/wholesalers;
- Solid sales techniques, good communication skills, and strong negotiation abilities;
- Self-motivated, able to work under pressure, and good team player.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to cooperate with employees at all levels are essential.
