Strategic Commercial Excellence Director

LivaNova PLC is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our commercial excellence initiatives. As a Strategic Commercial Excellence Director, you will play a crucial role in driving sales force effectiveness and delivering business impact across the country.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join a leading medical device company and contribute to our mission of improving patients' lives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales force optimization, business intelligence, and commercial training.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales capabilities and tools;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and roll out commercial processes and projects;
- Analyze data to inform business decisions and drive growth;
- Establish and maintain business intelligence tools and dashboards;
- Utilize CRM platforms and other tools to optimize sales processes;
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A university degree in a relevant field, such as business management or data analysis;
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in the healthcare industry, with at least 3 years in sales force effectiveness;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Strong communication and collaboration skills;
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks;
