As a Business Development Manager, Specialty Air, you'll be at the forefront of our journey to create a better tomorrow.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies for our division and customer centers.
- Lead the product line of specialty air within APE PTBA in China, including module/booster, nitrogen generator, after cooler, and special requests from end-users.
- Conduct market research and analysis to create a clear business development plan, regularly reviewing and adjusting it as needed.
- Based on market investigation and analysis, create a professional proposal for local customers, including product positioning, pricing, market size, market share, and potential segments.
- Organize and implement marketing activities to promote specific products, such as seminars, road shows, exhibitions, customer events, and more.
- Drive business growth in the specialty air segment, focusing on Oil & Gas applications and key performance indicators like profitability, customer base, sales efficiency, stock, and receivable.
- Continuously monitor customer demands, competition, and market trends to stay ahead.
- Develop and drive marketing plans for specified products, including product positioning, pricing, and promotion strategies.
- Maintain excellent communication between internal and external customers.
- Develop a deep understanding of the various applications of boosters to become a valued partner to our customers and channels.
Requirements for Success
- University degree or above in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- More than 5 years of experience in technology, marketing, and/or sales in compressor/construction/engineering industries.
- Excellent English skills in both spoken and written forms.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft and SAP cloud.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally.
