Account Manager for Plastics Business Development

As a key interface between customers and company, you will develop Celanese's EM business in a defined region.
This role requires strong technical expertise in engineering plastics and excellent communication skills to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Conduct field sales and customer development within a defined territory
- Develop new customers and move customer programs from concept to commercialization
- Set clear goals and objectives, including sales targets for the covered territory
- Analyze competitive threats and market share
- Account planning and management: primary point of contact, creates account plans, executes account plans
- Pipeline development: surface project ideas, execute translation priorities, request technical resources
- BS or higher degree in Polymer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related majors
- At least 6 years commercial working experience in plastic field
- Knowledge of POM, PA, PBT, and PPS
- Experience in new business development and leadership/supervisory skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
$120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on location and experience.
