Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth by acquiring new customers and developing existing relationships in the injection molding industry.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with company targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide solutions to support customers in their logistics and production activities.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Conduct market analysis on customers and competitors.
  • Participate in tenders and follow up actions in offers, negotiations, and project follow-ups.
  • Negotiate prices, contracts, and other commercial agreements.
  • Elaborate business plans and article calculations.
  • Support and advise Country Management in all kinds of decisions.
  • Coordinate all kinds of customer requests and issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
  • Min. 8+ years of experience in Business Development/sales of mass packaging products and/or related activities in domestic market and clients.
  • Strong experience/knowledge understanding on the Injection-molding technology is preferred.
  • Experience in plastic packaging industry is a plus.
  • Excellent computer skills (Excel, Power Point, Word).
  • Excellent numerical skills.
  • Basic English is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Good at analytical and presentation capabilities.
