Business Development Manager

Amazon (Shanghai) International Trading Company Limited Hangzhou Branch is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our team of Seller Consultants. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing team of Seller Consultants, providing coaching, development, and inspiration to motivate high performance and deliver target business results.
- Develop performance objectives and goals, conduct business reviews, and forecast business planning.
- Convey actionable insights to improve customer experience and seller recruitment results, optimizing long-term seller success.
- Explore and drive scalable business development approaches and tactics to accelerate funnel conversion and drive seller growth.
- Identify new seller journey pain points and work with cross-functional teams to improve Amazon tools and products, enhancing seller experience and efficiency.
- Monitor progress against goals and respond to changes in seller communities and Amazon marketplaces overseas.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong business development skills.
- Excellent analytical and planning abilities.
- Track record of success in initiating, proposing cross-functional projects, implementing set plans, and driving operation excellence.
- Strong leadership skills with experience recruiting, coaching, leading, and growing a high-performing team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
- Data-driven mentality with the ability to back up ideas with facts and examples.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 8+ years' experience in sales, business development, or business operation.
- 3+ years' experience in building and leading teams.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower team members to achieve their best.
- Strategic thinker with excellent data analysis and analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
