Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive B2B business strategies to drive growth and expansion in the medical e-commerce market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective marketing campaigns, product promotions, and sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, and develop data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory requirements, and market trends to ensure Haleon's B2B operations remain competitive and compliant.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B operations, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the medical e-commerce industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies, marketing campaigns, and sales initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
