Job Description:

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Entegris. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, developing new markets, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and market insights to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular updates and insights to management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, applying this knowledge to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the industrial products market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Bachelor's degree or above, with a major in a relevant field such as Biotech, Pharmacy, or Medical.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in industrial products, with a strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
