Your compliance skills will help in the analysis of information. You will be responsible for business activities monitoring and observing compliance issues and further follow-ups. You will use your analytical skills to monitor data, discover situations, and assist in improving the quality of business meetings.

As a supervisor, your knowledge and skills will contribute towards the goals and objectives of the team. Your focus and ability to meet team targets will help in completing critical deliverables. Your innovative use of communication tools and techniques will facilitate in explaining difficult issues and establishing consensus between teams.

How You Will Achieve It

  • Have a strong understanding of Compliance policies and procedures, and apply this knowledge to operational works.
  • Maintain familiarity with working procedures and instructions, and provide advice/counsel to members of the team.
  • Perform on-site or remote meeting monitoring arranged by team lead, and completion of monitoring reports.
  • Report and escalate potential non-compliant matters to team lead.
  • Analyze operational data to identify risk areas and provide constructive suggestions to the team.
  • Assess high-risk exposures from monthly compliance dashboard and other daily works, and independently conduct monitoring on high-risk activities.
  • Respond to inquiries from business about local policies and procedures.
  • Conduct other compliance proactive review, in related, but not limited to remediation action plan.
  • Involve in set-up and design compliance operation activities and provide suggestions on working procedures standardization and optimization.
  • Serve as backup team lead when necessary.
  • Any other ad-hoc compliance monitor activities assigned by team lead.
  • Prepare and implement the training and communication plan for compliance policy and procedures, including but not limited to draft the training materials, providing the training, tracking, and maintaining the training records.
  • Proactively collaborate within Compliance or cross-functional teams (Finance, Business, etc.) to support compliance initiatives.
  • Assist with internal and external audits as required.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Related compliance experience
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, organizational skill, and attention to detail
  • Excellent oral, written, and overall communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Nice-to-Have

  • Master's degree
  • Relevant pharmaceutical experience
  • Key Enterprise Resource Planning and Edge system experience
  • Proficiency in Tableau and advanced system application and products
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of FCPA
