Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Clerk/Barista to join our team at Marriott Vacations Worldwide. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, responding to their questions and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Merchandise Management: Restock shelves, maintain visual displays, and ensure that merchandise is properly priced and labeled.
- Cash Handling: Process customer transactions, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and break room.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
