Sales Supervisor Role

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage daily retail sales operations in Hunan province, achieving sales targets set by the company;
- Develop new customers, manage and maintain existing distributors in the modern channel;
- Execute product promotions, new product launches, and related work;
- Manage, train, and guide team members to enhance team sales capabilities;
- Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above, 5+ years of experience in fast-moving consumer goods sales;
- Familiarity with the retail industry and strong market sensitivity;
- Knowledge of KA channel-related work processes and passion for sales work;
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with some team management experience;
- Ability to adapt to travel within Hunan province, with preference for those residing in Changsha.
