About the Role

Avery Dennison Smartrac is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers, ensuring they are equipped to maximize the value of our products.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, using this information to inform sales strategies.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring a healthy pipeline of sales leads.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales data, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
  • Fluency in Cantonese is highly desirable.
