Job Title: Consumer Insight Manager - Ice Cream

Unilever is a leading global consumer goods company with a portfolio of iconic brands. We are seeking a highly skilled Consumer Insight Manager to join our Ice Cream Business Group.

Job Purpose:

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating insights and driving business growth through market research and analysis. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement market research strategies to inform business decisions
  • Lead innovation research projects from ideation to final testing
  • Collaborate with Brand Managers to understand consumer insight requirements
  • Provide recommendations for research agencies and ensure effective research reports
  • Embrace new tools and methodologies to drive agile research
Requirements:
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in market research, marketing, or a relevant field
  • Demonstrated experience in market research fundamentals and qualitative/quantitative research techniques
  • FMCG or F&B category experience preferred
  • Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
