About the Role
As an Order Management Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless and efficient order processing within our healthcare division. You'll be responsible for managing customer relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and upholding strict operational standards to deliver exceptional service and drive business growth.
Your Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including distributors, dealers, and end-users within the healthcare sector.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments such as Sales, Manufacturing, Finance, Commercial Administration, and Customer Service to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, maintaining meticulous documentation for each order to demonstrate compliance.
- Implement robust control measures at critical business points to guarantee accuracy and efficiency throughout the order management process.
- Develop a thorough understanding of SAP systems and ensure accurate data entry for all orders.
- Maintain adherence to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs) to prevent audit findings.
- Proactively address any logistical issues to minimize complaints from both internal teams and external customers.
About You
You are a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Your ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously will be crucial in this role.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Business Management.
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics management is preferred but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with SAP systems is an advantage.
- Highly responsive and detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
