Job Title: Asia Sales Director

OK International, a Dover Company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asia Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the Asia Pacific region. As a key member of our global sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and developing strategic partnerships in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, including key decision-makers and influencers
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to ensure effective sales execution and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to drive business growth and improve customer experience
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience in the electronics, semiconductor, or industrial markets
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding customer base
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and inspire sales teams
  • Fluent written and oral English skills, with ability to communicate effectively with global teams
