**Business Development Manager**

Join TOPTALENT as a Business Development Manager and take on a challenging role that requires building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating and closing deals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and conducting market research to provide insights that enhance our competitive position.

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in Mandarin, Yue (Cantonese), Xiang (Hunanese), Min dialect, Gan dialect, Wu dialect, and Kejia or Hakka dialect (C1) and English (C1)
  • Proven portfolio of active FX clients with ability to rapidly expand the network
  • Proven track record in business development and meeting sales targets
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and CFD trading
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Proven experience within Forex (3-4 years and own active portfolio of clients)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
