Develop and implement business processes, strategies, and plans that support exceeding Autodesk's key financial and non-financial objectives for its Greater China Republic (GCR) Territory Sales business.
Lead and Manage a TeamManage and lead a team of top talented License Compliance sales professionals to exceed assigned quotas, ensuring team efficiency and revenue goals are met.
Drive Compliance and Risk ManagementDevelop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with licensing regulations and mitigate risk.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional TeamsCollaborate with Territory Sales teams, Customer Success, Channel Sales, Client Services, Technical Sales, Genuine, Legal, ACP, and GLC Leadership to ensure alignment and effective execution of business strategies.
Monitor and Analyze Performance MetricsMonitor and analyze performance metrics, including sales KPIs, pipeline, and activity metrics, to ensure they are tracking towards achievement of revenue goals.
Develop and Implement Process ImprovementsDevelop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness, and ensure compliance with corporate and divisional standards.
Requirements- 15+ Years of Relevant Experience
15+ years of relevant experience in technical software or SAAS/PAAS sales, with 5+ years of sales leadership experience and a track record of creating high-performing teams.
Proven Sales Track RecordProven sales track record of consistently exceeding quotas, with experience in handling complex sales negotiations and conflict resolution.
Strong Leadership and Communication SkillsStrong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at multiple levels and influence others to achieve business objectives.
Business Acumen and Analytical SkillsStrong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions.
Experience in Cyber Security and License ComplianceExperience in cyber security and license compliance, with knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree
Bachelor's degree required.
