About the Role

The role involves managing the daily operations of partners, including training, supporting, and managing dedicated sales teams. This includes collaborating with partners to develop joint marketing and sales plans, tracking and analyzing their key performance indicators (KPIs), and identifying areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage partner relationships and develop strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials, sales tools, and other resources to support partnership.
  • Track and analyze partner KPIs to identify areas for improvement and provide suggestions for enhancements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in partner management and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Develop and implement development strategies for partners to achieve their business objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Automation, Electrical Transmission, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, partner development, and management, with a strong understanding of motor products and business development.
  • Familiarity with OEM and distributor business models.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and think critically.
  • Basic English reading, writing, and speaking skills.
