Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement visual merchandising principles and techniques to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Lead regional VM teams to train in-store VM, OVM, and store staffs on global visual merchandising standards and guidelines.
  • Drive in-store space efficiency by tracking sales vs space ratio.
  • Collaborate closely with VM planning teams to support trade meeting setup.
  • Collaborate closely with store operation and VM store opening teams to support new store opening setup.
  • Collaborate closely with retail training teams to provide basic VM training content for both online and offline.

  • Create monthly campaign plan for both own retail and franchise stores.
  • Execute new campaign flawlessly in store.
  • Update MNQ styling to support online/wechat sales.
  • Work with assortment planning team and operation team to develop solutions and strategies for maximizing sales and driving store KPIs.
  • Manage regional OVM to deliver best VM compliance in store.
  • Create VM training materials and conduct seasonal VM training seminars to OVM/in-store VM/VM champion and store staffs.
  • Ensure new store opening is successful.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Good communication skill.
  • Good interpersonal communication skill.
  • Strong organized, logical, and strategic thinking.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years of visual merchandising experience with sports brands or fashion retail brands.
  • Able to execute in-store setup independently.
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Proficient in MS application suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Fluent English.
