Finance Manager Job Description

The role holder will primarily support PINB Finance operation and control, ensuring regulatory and Group requirements are met.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in setting up operational controls based on risk assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory and Group requirements.
  • Establish a smooth and efficient reconciliation and substantiation workflow, balancing financial control and business needs.
  • Review and refine control designs to ensure they are fit-for-purpose, robust, and consistent across work-streams and jurisdictions.
  • Identify opportunities for control enhancements and drive implementation.
  • Provide exposure to Financial Systems Support, Systems Development, and Project Management.
  • Coordinate Internal Audit projects within Finance, delivering specific requirements, work arrangements, and timetables to relevant staff.
  • Recommend remedial actions and monitor execution status.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of financial experience in the industry, with solid knowledge of Insurance and Fund Sales.
  • CICPA or AMAC (基金从业资格) certification is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with experience and capability in finance controlling and operation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure with competing and changing priorities.
  • Excellent team player, able to lead others into action, and work under minimal supervision.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Self-motivation.
