Senior Server Sales Business Development Manager

About the Role
We're seeking a seasoned professional to drive business growth through strategic partnerships with distributors in the China South region.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a catalyst for distributors' business progress and transformation.
- Drive sales and overall growth through effective partner advisory services.
- Provide continuous training to distributor sales staff on selling techniques.
- Assess and enhance distributors' revenue and profitability through collaboration.
- Facilitate partner investment in channel marketing initiatives.
- Ensure daily business conduct of partners aligns with our sales, marketing, and channel policies.
- Anticipate and resolve potential risks faced by partners within our operations.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Server and/or Storage sales.
- Familiarity with local partners in China South sales region.
- Strong partner management and communication skills.
- Excellent planning and execution capabilities.
- University graduate.
