About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned professional to drive business growth through strategic partnerships with distributors in the China South region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a catalyst for distributors' business progress and transformation.
  • Drive sales and overall growth through effective partner advisory services.
  • Provide continuous training to distributor sales staff on selling techniques.
  • Assess and enhance distributors' revenue and profitability through collaboration.
  • Facilitate partner investment in channel marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure daily business conduct of partners aligns with our sales, marketing, and channel policies.
  • Anticipate and resolve potential risks faced by partners within our operations.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Server and/or Storage sales.
  • Familiarity with local partners in China South sales region.
  • Strong partner management and communication skills.
  • Excellent planning and execution capabilities.
  • University graduate.
