Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager - Home Furnishing will lead the IKEA for Business team, developing strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of the local market, consumer behavior, and business trends.
About the Role:
- Lead the IKEA for Business team to develop and implement business strategies
- Analyze sales and customer KPI performance to inform decision-making
- Create convenient and professional meeting experiences for customers
- Build long-lasting relationships with local business communities
- Present and sell larger projects to customers
- Understand the market P&L and the influence on financial results
Requirements:
- Deep knowledge of the local market and consumer behavior
- Broad knowledge of businesses, business trends, and office trends
- Wide knowledge of the IKEA product range and services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation and Benefits:
