Key Account Manager

The Key Account Manager will play a crucial role in further developing the joint business and partnership with customers. This requires a strong partnership with our clients, and customer focus with an e-commerce insight-driven approach to identifying and winning new commercial opportunities, creating value for both The LEGO Group and our retail partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Responsible for planning and managing full-year sales plans for channels.
- Act as the primary contact point between the platform and the company.
- Build and maintain balanced and mutually beneficial relationships with clients in the long term.
- Activate marketing campaigns on various e-commerce platforms based on both The LEGO Group and platform's annual marketing calendars.
- Proactively identify new commercial opportunities with a focus on digital and support from functional experts within channel marketing and performance marketing.
- Manage expenses, including expense planning, application, progress tracking, and communicating and negotiating with clients.
- Responsible for daily communication and collaboration with different functions.
- Coordinate with EMP about daily routines, including order management, product demand, and expense claims.
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred.
- 6-10 years of experience in the e-commerce industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Data-driven mindset.
- Strong analytical capabilities and expertise in driving online operation KPI.
- Knowledge of the online retail market and ability to break down sales targets into details, such as traffic, portfolio, and campaigns.
- Working experience in big online platforms, such as Alibaba, is a plus.
- Experience in distributor management or multi-customer management is beneficial.
