As a Sales Account Strategist, you will be responsible for driving business growth in allocated Named Accounts and/or New Logo prospects using a strategic value-based approach. You will orchestrate business by generating well-considered multi-channel sales strategies, documented through account and opportunity plans aligned with the Siemens DI Account lead where appropriate.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate SaaS and Hybrid SaaS revenue opportunities to meet assigned software and services sales targets, driving ARR through mainly subscription sales and follow-on service sales.
- Effectively coordinate a multi-disciplined, matrix team to execute plans within each account and prospect, including internal DISW resources and partners.
- Understand the market and the challenges prospects face, mapping account key decision makers, identifying their high-level business challenges, and recognizing their purchase obstacles.
- Understand the potential business value delivered of DISW Solutions and commercial advantages to a customer, adapting the sales value positioning for an opportunity stage and different buying personas.
- Mentor more junior sales team members within Country or Vertical, and partner resellers where appropriate.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, major account sales experience, EDA, CAE, PLM, or related field.
- Education: BSEE or BSCS, Top-tier university graduate.
- Consecutive year good sales performance, making number.
- At least worked in or with 1 of the below vertical industries or customers: Automotive, High-end consumer, telecom, etc.
- Excellent English speaking and communication skills.
- Experiences in multi-national companies a plus.
- Sales training such as TAS, Solution selling, competitive selling as plus.
