About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Specialist to join our team at Innomotics Large Drives (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling and promoting Siemens Motor and Drive products, solutions, and services to our target customers in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Achieve yearly sales targets by selling Siemens Motor and Drive products, solutions, and services to our target customers in the region.
  • Market Development: Build a sound market-related network of stakeholders and develop new customers independently.
  • Collaboration and Support: Cooperate with our technical team and other internal departments to seize business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
  • After-Market Business: Contribute to the development of After-Market business in the region.
  • Project Business: Actively think about assigned tasks and act fast, collaborating with other colleagues and external partners in project business.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Automation, Electrical Transmission, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience: More than 3 years of sales experience, with demonstrated good sales capabilities in LV/HV Motors, MV Drives products.
  • Sales Experience: Sales experience in project business is preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to build constructive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, good communication skills, persistence, hardworking, teamwork, integrity, honesty, and loyalty.
