Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Field Sales Executive to drive sales growth and foster strong customer relationships. This role is pivotal in generating revenue from both new and existing clients within the defined sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve Sales Objectives : Successfully meet and surpass sales goals through effective management of order income and revenue streams from a diverse customer base. Cultivate and maintain a Target Customer List in collaboration with the Area Sales Manager, identifying key business opportunities based on market insights and customer needs. Provide Tailored Solutions : Assess customer requirements and offer appropriate solutions, engaging Subject Matter Experts when necessary. Generate New Business Leads through participation in industry events and convert leads from various marketing initiatives. Conduct Customer Engagement Visits and attend relevant industry exhibitions to enhance visibility and relationships. Acquire New Clients : Actively seek out and onboard new customers to expand the business portfolio. Foster Customer Loyalty by maintaining regular communication and interaction, ensuring satisfaction and retention of critical accounts. Strengthen relationships with existing clients to Upsell Services and enhance the service portfolio. Re-engage Lost Clients : Implement strategies to recover previously lost customers. Maintain comprehensive documentation of all activities within the designated IT tools.

Qualifications & Skills

Proficient in English (B1 Intermediate) and fluent in the local language; additional languages are a plus. Familiarity with MS Office applications. Demonstrated success in sales with a proven track record. Strong consultative sales skills with a solid technical understanding of the industry. Self-motivated with a strong drive for results. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Exceptional selling and negotiation capabilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong time management and prioritization abilities.

Experience Requirements

3-5 years of relevant experience in Sales or a related field.

Consultative Sales Experience

5-10 years of experience in Sales or a related area is preferred. Previous experience in Testing, Inspection, Certification (TIC) or a related sector is advantageous.
