Role Overview
§ Responsible for drafting and revising service contracts and rate agreements within the system for various trades, primarily focusing on USA trade as per authorized requests.
§ Conduct thorough checks on data processed by partners and provide confirmation upon completion.
§ Generate DEM/DET Adjustment Requests (DAR) as necessary.
§ File or accept the SC/RA/DAR in the system according to trade instructions.
§ Archive SC documents in the daily FMC report on the shared drive for official filing.
§ Assist with data audits or system clean-ups as required.
§ Verify data in daily reports prior to uploading to FMC Servcon.
Candidate Requirements
§ 1-2 years of relevant work experience
§ Proficient in MS Office applications
§ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Working Conditions:
§ Moderate travel may be required based on project involvement.
§ Overtime may be necessary.
