About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SSR Business Development Consultant to join our Amazon Global Selling team in Shanghai. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our Self-Service Registration (SSR) business in Australia, developing and implementing scalable solutions to support our customers' success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive SSR Business Growth: Identify, analyze, and grow self-service registered Selling Partner commitment to Selling on Amazon programs; meet and exceed annual goals and operational metrics.
  • Low Friction Registration Experience: Drive low friction registration experience to Amazon websites, ensuring a seamless and efficient process for our customers.
  • Customer Needs Analysis: Collect and analyze CN SSR Selling Partner needs and pain points, implementing and tracking metrics to measure the success and quality of the Selling experience.
  • CRM and Productivity Tools: Utilize CRM and productivity tools to track funnel traffic, conversion, and metrics to ensure the Selling Partner experience can be improved during the registration process.
  • Mass Communication: Develop and execute mass communication strategies to engage with Selling Partners, including website marketing, email marketing, and other local/international channels.
  • Feature Adoption Strategy: Identify, develop, and execute Amazon key features: FBA, Sponsored Products, and Coupons adoption strategy and plan by analyzing data, defining each feature's value proposition, and establishing and executing 1xmany scalable campaigns/initiatives.
  • Performance Review and Consulting: Review and monitor performance and sales of Amazon's sellers in order to provide them with consulting advice to grow their business with an invent and simplify spirit.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales or account management experience
  • 2+ years of digital advertising and client-facing roles experience
  • Experience with Excel
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for each of the managed accounts
  • Experience in relationship management within technology, startups, or SaaS Platforms
