The Role
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Consultant to join our team at Roche Diagnostics China. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing integrated business strategy for RD China in your area of responsibility.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a common framework for RD China strategy, corporate strategy, GTM/channel strategy, and Customer Area-based strategy.
- Synthesize and integrate RD China strategy based on Customer Area-based strategy, and lead strategic exercises to ensure the successful implementation of China Growth Strategy.
- Create and standardize an Integrated Strategy framework for each Business Area.
- Develop and maintain a systematic approach to drive strategy implementation across RD China with regular strategy refinement.
- Oversee and install aligned criteria for portfolio prioritization at CA level and RD China enterprise level to ensure consistency.
- Partner with customer area-based squads to ensure upstreaming portfolio development is continuously fit for business purpose and taking joint ownership of CA strategy and priorities for RD China.
- Drive implementation and coordinate with project management support.
Your Profile:
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant major, MBA or Master's degree in Marketing or equivalent. You should have strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, as well as strategic thinking and planning skills with proven analytical and forward-looking thought process. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese are required. Good command of office and statistics software applications is also necessary.
Your Experience:
We require a minimum of 8 years of healthcare industry experience, with profound knowledge of the Chinese Healthcare market in China mainland. Rich experience in a strategic role with cross-functional and cross-market exposure is highly valued.
