Regional Sales Manager HPC North Asia

Nouryon is seeking a seasoned sales and marketing professional to lead our Home and Personal Care (HPC) business in North Asia. As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and grow the business
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Fluency in English and proficiency in local languages
