Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager, Licensing to join our team at W. R. Grace & Co. This role will be responsible for leading the licensing opportunity sales team and driving sales growth in the Asia-Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities for new licenses and services in the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Develop and implement sales negotiation strategies to secure complex agreements with customers.
  • Collaborate with the regional UNIPOL PP catalyst sales team to progress services contracts and deals with licensees.
  • Manage and report timely and accurate sales forecasts for the opportunities pipeline in the assigned region.
  • Represent the Licensing & Services team in the region and collaborate with the extended licensing team to achieve business commitments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in chemical engineering, chemistry, engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive sales experience in the chemical/petrochemical industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in negotiating and closing complex commercial agreements.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior executive-level customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Able to speak and write fluently in English and Mandarin, with a strong understanding of the polypropylene market, products, and applications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a relevant field or MBA.
  • Experience in technology licensing in the polyolefin, chemical, or refining industries.
