Job Summary / Purpose

  • Develop and execute sales strategies across Tmall, Douyin, and O2O channels to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Lead the sales team to implement company-wide sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring successful execution and goal attainment.

Main Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and tactics, staying competitive in the market.
  • Manage and promote e-commerce sales platforms, ensuring smooth customer experiences and brand representation.
  • Develop and implement sales promotions, events, and campaigns to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in managing sales teams for e-commerce platforms or 3+ years in sales management for retail or FMCG industries.
  • FMCG background with a focus on food or baby care products is preferred.
  • Excellent sales management and leadership skills, with a strong ability to motivate and drive team performance.
