About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Air Freight Business Development Manager to join our team at DB Schenker. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and organizing sales activities to drive business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize sales activities to drive business growth and development.
  • Handle all inbound and outbound sales matters and customer inquiries.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase sales and revenue.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to inform business decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • University graduate or above.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in foreign freight forwarding or a related field.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  • Knowledge of international trade laws, regulations, processes, and procedures.
