Job Overview

The Senior Control Manager, Technology will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective operation of our controls framework. This includes designing and maintaining monitoring methodologies, standards, and processes to mitigate risks.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Support the business by utilizing SME knowledge to identify and implement changes that enhance risk mitigation.
  2. Develop and maintain effective tools and technology to support control activities.
  3. Drive continuous improvement of the operating model for end-to-end conduct of particular controls.
  4. Prioritize requirements from diverse stakeholders and manage responses to critical incidents.
  5. Share information to adapt and improve controls, supporting the business in first-line responsibilities.
  6. Timely escalate significant control findings to senior management.
  7. Improve efficiency and effectiveness of the function.
  8. Maintain seamless relationships with stakeholders across Global Functions and Lines of Business.

Requirements

  1. Track-record of developing and implementing risk controlling & monitoring standards and controls.
  2. Strong risk awareness on identification, mitigation, and control.
  3. Extensive track-record of leading multi-disciplined teams to deliver exceptional customer service and value.
  4. Proven ability to deliver change globally across matrix-based organizations.
  5. Strong Influential communication and interpersonal skills, able to operate well across cultures and in multicultural, diverse work environment.
  6. Proficiency in verbal and written English.
  7. Willingness to learn and implement new technologies.
  8. Superior relationship management, consultative, and presentation skills.
  9. Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment to deliver high-quality results under tight schedules and high pressure.
  10. Knowledge of Investment Products, Financial Planning, Portfolio Management is highly preferred.
  11. Experience of working in a DevOps focused environment and knowledge of DevOps tooling such as ARCAD, Jira, Confluence, RTC is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer an attractive compensation package, estimated to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
