About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at ALPLA (China) Technologies Co., Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and developing new opportunities in the injection molding industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the injection molding industry
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to stay ahead of the competition
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies
- Provide sales and business development support to the sales team
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights to improve sales strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in business development and sales in the mass packaging industry
- Strong understanding of injection molding technology and industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
