Job Responsibilities:
1. Proactively seek and contact target customers, establish relationships, and follow up on potential opportunities.
2. Communicate with customers, understand their businesses, and work with the solution team to design appropriate solutions and provide competitive prices.
3. Understand local market business models and price levels, and understand the strengths and weaknesses of local market competitors.
4. Organize responses to RFP/RFI.
5. Analyze bids after submission and provide business development strategy recommendations to department heads based on the results.
6. Negotiate contracts with customers.
7. Communicate with operations and implementation teams to ensure smooth handover of solutions after winning business.
8. Support brand building and market promotion activities, and investigate market trends and industry dynamics.
9. Assume responsibility for some projects as assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. At least 3 years of experience in the domestic logistics industry (3PL preferred), with a record of winning business.
3. Excellent communication and influence skills.
4. Familiarity with the clothing, footwear, consumer goods, retail, and food and beverage industries is preferred.
5. Outstanding public speaking and negotiation skills.
6. Strategic thinking.
7. Customer-oriented.
8. Innovative.
9. Ability to handle multiple tasks.
10. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
