Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Product Development Manager to join our team at Villeroy & Boch.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product development and strategic planning to shape the future of ViClean in ROA countries. You will work closely with the ViClean Trio Team, local PM, and Sales teams to align product strategy with business objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Portfolio Strategy and Mid-Long-Term Planning
  • Participate in strategic planning to formulate the company's future direction for ViClean in ROA countries.
  • Align ViClean product strategy with the ROA business strategy.
  • Identify unique selling points for ViClean that will drive successful marketing strategies.
New Product Development
  • Synchronize the development of ViClean ROA models with China or global portfolio.
  • Lead new product development process for ViClean ROA projects.
  • Develop and implement launch plans jointly with cross-functional teams.
Market and Competitor Monitoring
  • Monitor market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Use market research tools to measure market demand, customer needs, and competitive position.
Portfolio and Product Lifecycle Management
  • Lifecycle management including plan tracking and review of plan achievement.
  • Coordinate with local PM, Sales, and SCM teams.
Teamwork
  • Implement strategy to achieve pre-set objectives.
  • Support exhibitions, printed promotions, and electronic promotions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, e-commerce, business, or related fields.
  • At least 3-5 years' experience in brand/product management, especially in integrated toilet or electronic bidet seat.
  • Strong commercial, trade marketing, and financial planning skills.
  • Good analytical, creative, initiative, pro-active, self-motivated, and self-starter skills.
  • Strong team player and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and computer literacy.
Benefits and Salary

The estimated salary range is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include domestic travel opportunities and occasional overseas travel.
