Position Overview:

As a Quality Assurance Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of our management systems, specifically ISO 17025 and ISO 9001. Your expertise will be crucial in leading our operations towards achieving necessary accreditations such as CNAS, CMA, HOKAS, and UKAS.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Establish and Maintain Management Systems:** Develop and uphold the management systems in accordance with ISO standards.
2. **Lead Accreditation Efforts:** Guide operational teams in obtaining and maintaining relevant accreditations.
3. **Regulatory Awareness:** Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
4. **Conduct Surveillance Audits:** Implement oversight audits to ensure adherence to quality standards.
5. **Quality Dashboard Development:** Create and manage a quality dashboard to monitor key performance indicators and quality metrics.
6. **Continuous Improvement Initiatives:** Drive efforts aimed at enhancing quality processes and outcomes.
7. **Talent Development:** Identify and nurture key personnel within the quality assurance team.
8. **Knowledge Sharing Platform:** Facilitate a platform for sharing quality-related skills and knowledge across various regions and business units.

Qualifications:

1. **Organizational and Communication Skills:** Strong ability to organize tasks and communicate effectively.
2. **Analytical Problem-Solving:** Proficient in analyzing issues, resolving problems, and improving processes.
3. **Familiarity with Quality Standards:** Knowledgeable about ISO standards and accreditation requirements, along with quality tools such as 5W and fishbone diagrams.
4. **Independent Work Capability:** Ability to work autonomously with strong self-learning skills.
5. **Educational Background:** Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, engineering, or textile-related fields.
6. **Language Proficiency:** Fluent in both English and Chinese.
7. **Technical Skills:** Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
