Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Manager to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process guest check-ins, verifying identity and payment information, and assigning rooms.
  • Set up accurate guest accounts and enter Marriott Rewards information.
  • Secure payment and verify billing, ensuring rates match market codes.
  • Compile and review daily reports, logs, and contingency lists.
  • Complete cashier and closing reports, and balance and drop receipts.
  • Count and secure bank at the beginning and end of shift.
  • Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any guest reports of theft.
Requirements
  • Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, motivating, and coaching employees.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships, supporting team goals and listening to employee concerns.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions.
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipating and addressing service needs.
  • Speak clearly and professionally, preparing and reviewing written documents accurately.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and enter information using computers/POS systems.
