International Customer Support Specialist

Position Overview:

As an integral part of our team at cj-smart-cargo, you will be responsible for enhancing our international customer service operations. Your role will involve fostering strong relationships with overseas partners and ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a robust network of overseas agency resources, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with international agents.
  • Respond to inquiries from overseas agents, providing timely quotations based on their service requirements and offering tailored transportation solutions.
  • Manage overseas agency orders, overseeing operations, tracking shipments, and providing prompt updates on order status.

Additionally, you will:
  • Assist overseas agents in retaining existing clientele while actively seeking opportunities to attract new customers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to other project cargo clients of the company.
  • Fulfill other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree or higher is required.
  • Preferred fields of study include international logistics, trade, transportation, or navigation.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Familiarity with container shipping processes is necessary.
  • Experience with ro-ro vessels and bulk cargo operations is advantageous.

Moreover, candidates should possess:
  • A minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
  • A strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and initiative.
  • Established relationships with suppliers, such as shipping companies, are a plus.
