Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the SEMI market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Manage a team of sales professionals to ensure effective sales execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer service, to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a sales management role.
  • Proven track record of sales success and revenue growth in the SEMI market.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, with a minimum of 70% travel requirement.
