We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Account Manager to enhance the presence of China-based sellers in Amazon's global marketplaces through the SEND program. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The Time-bound Account Manager (TBAM) for SEND will leverage their expertise in relationship management to drive results effectively. This position involves providing comprehensive post-sales support to third-party sellers, managing key account relationships, and utilizing customer insights to enhance Amazon's offerings.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Recruiting sellers for the SEND program and facilitating FBA inbound shipments to Amazon, thereby enhancing their unit commitment.
  • Following established processes to boost productivity and efficiency through innovation.
  • Conducting in-depth analyses to identify issues impacting seller performance and providing valuable feedback for product development and process enhancements.
  • Generating high-quality insights to influence product teams and stakeholders, ensuring a smoother experience for sellers.
  • Assisting leadership in identifying significant business opportunities and executing growth strategies.
  • Providing best practices in account management and consolidating SOPs within the business development framework.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in data analysis and performance assessment.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sales and account management.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships and projects effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated capacity to influence senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as Salesforce and Excel.
  • Experience in using analysis and reporting for informed business decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ownership and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in analyzing open issues and resolution metrics for managed accounts.
  • Cross-border experience is a plus.
