Senior Sales Engineer-Automotive Leader

Key Responsibilities:
Develop new target customers from cold calls or leads from the marketing department.
Create new opportunities according to the Roadmap.
Manage projects from RFQ to SOP.
Offer technical seminars to customers and product training to internal staff on selected topics.
Solve field performance problems and develop installation techniques.
Build strong customer relationships through regular visits.
Deliver annual sales budgets.
Serve as the first contact point for customers on legal topics such as General Terms & Conditions.
Support Inside Sales Engineer-Automotive for abnormal supply chain issues.
Share knowledge and best practices with other Sales Engineers-Automotive.
Recommend continuous process improvements for Sales Engineer-Automotive responsibilities.
